Non standard products refer to products or equipment that are not manufactured according to the unified industry standards and specifications issued by the state, but are designed and manufactured according to their own usage needs. And the appearance or performance is not included in the national equipment product catalog.
The following are the demand characteristics of non-standard helium leak detection equipment in the power industry:
The power industry mainly focuses on charging cabinets and castings.
Slow pace, simple configuration, low design requirements for automation, relatively high detection accuracy, and most box inspections.
1. Number of vacuum boxes: 1
2. The minimum net size of the vacuum box cavity is 600L~9 cubic meters
3. Vacuum box material: stainless steel 304
4. The annual leakage rate of the tested product is less than 0.1% (SF6 annual leakage rate)
5. Minimum detectable product leakage rate (sensitivity) 5 × 10-8 Pa.m3/S
6. Fill the product in the vacuum box with helium pressure ≤ 0.05 MPa (adjustable)
7. Fill SF6 into the product in the vacuum box at a pressure ≤ 0.25 MPa (adjustable)
8. Leak detection cycle time is 45-60 minutes per unit (excluding product loading and unloading time, internal volume<1m3, interface is Φ 18mm)
During the pumping process, maintain a pressure difference of ≤ 0.03 MPa between the vacuum box and the product
10. If the length of the workpiece connecting pipe in the box is greater than 3m, there should be 3 pipes (pipes and quick connectors should be able to be used separately without affecting the accuracy of leak detection)
11. The equipment safety alarm pressure value is 0.25 MPa and can be adjusted
12. Other data: Detection pressure: The internal pressure of GIS products ranges from 0.03 MPa to 0.25 MPa
13. The minimum detectable leak rate of the suction gun is less than 5 × 10-8Pa.m3/S
14. The leakage rate of the vacuum box and pipeline should be less than 1 × 10-9Pa.m3/S
